Hilton Hawaiian Village - Rainbow Tower and a portion of the newly renovated Lagoon (off to the left). They have done a spectacular job renovating the lagoon along with new boarded walkway, palm trees and I think new sand!! Sure looked great !! It is open to the public and you can even swim in there now since they installed huge pumps that circulate the water. It was really icky before and no one ever dared go in the water.... It was a huge renovation project.

Cool shot!
1st time I've seen the new lagoon.
Boy things have really changed big time since 1955. Wow.
Great shot. Its amazing how they can renovate things so they look like that's how it alway was.
Feeling better?

I totally forgot about that! I will need to stop by there one of these days - must be nice but I wish they would install pumps in the Ala Wai to get fresh clean water in!!! =)
Love this photo, very smart building and the pool to swim in.
Rainbow Hotel, how neat!
I stayed right there once - didn't go in the lagoon.
