Excellent view of that part of the city. The colors are very inviting. The photo is especially striking when you open it up to full size. (I think the new towers on Piikoi are deserving of some closer views, too. Their reflections are interesting because of the many panes of glass.) (BTW, my office building is in this shot.)
Fantastic view shot. the city skyline has so many colors and interesting reflections. To answer your question about the Fair's location, it was in the city of Roseville. Right off highway 80.

Renee -- Love the view.
I hack the "virtual porch" today on New Orleans Daily Photo
Totally Awesome! Great view with lovely colors from your high perch! It’s as if you were flying with the eagles!
Hey, when did you take this one?? It's a very nice shot of Honolulu! The sky is not hazy and the ocean has a beautiful color.

What a gorgeous skyline. Incredible shot, Renee.
That lookout offers the best view of Honolulu. Quite amazing how fast those new twin towers were built, and the fact that they're oval.
Cool shot as always! Is this part of a panoramic view?
