OK my Birthday was on Tuesday, so I figure I should take a quick shot of a few of the flowers that I got that are still alive.. well sort of anyway. :)

A new angle on Waikiki.. "the Non Beach Side" Since all my shots are usually taken on the beach thought this would be something different... :) :) Taken from the outlook at the National Cemetery of the Pacific . Also known as Punchbowl Crater.

Back from the Mainland

Thanks for the comments.. I am back from the mainland.. Disneyland, Shopping in Minn. Mall of America, Visiting with my Grandma in Wisconsin, she is 93 and then visiting with parents/family in Calif. Hope to get some photos posted soon. :)

Yes she is alive. She is just sleeping on the beach. So I learned that they come out of the water to lay on the warm sand and rest/sleep and then go back in the water to feed .. There were two of these Hawaiian Sea Turtles resting on the beach!! Very cool.. But since they are out of the water their shells are very dull looking. It was great when she finally woke up and then just quickly turned and swam off. Quite amazing!! :)
