Posting one more photo from Maui this weekend. This is a photo of a Silver Sword plant before it flowers. I am told that they only grow in Haleakala Crater and no where else in the world.. I stood there freezing (patiently) LOL ... waiting with camera and tripod for the sun to shine on the top portion of the plant. They have a nice and fuzzy look about them but are actually quite prickly. Hope you enjoy the shot.. Aloha. :)

What a neat looking plant, and the lighting was well worth the wait from the looks of it. You did a good job here.
